Shipping Policy
Effective Date: February 24, 2026
At Delfiee Store, we operate on a customer-arranged shipping model. To provide maximum flexibility and allow our clients to utilize their own negotiated rates and preferred logistics partners, we do not provide direct shipping services.
1. Carrier Arrangements
All shipments are processed exclusively via the customer’s contracted shipping provider. Customers are responsible for arranging the pickup and delivery of their orders through their own accounts with carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or private freight forwarders).
2. Shipping Process
- Account Details: After placing an order, customers must provide their carrier name and valid account number to our support team.
- Documentation: If a pre-paid shipping label is required, the customer must email the digital label to our warehouse contact.
- Order Readiness: Once your order is packed and ready for pickup, we will notify you with the final dimensions and weight. It is then the customer's responsibility to schedule the pickup.
3. Fees and Payments
Delfiee Store does not charge shipping fees at checkout. All costs associated with transportation, including base rates, fuel surrogates, and specialized handling requested from the carrier, are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be billed directly by the carrier to the customer’s account.
4. Transfer of Risk & Liability
The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Delfiee Store pass to the customer at the point of departure. Once the package is handed over to the customer’s designated carrier at our facility, Delfiee Store is no longer liable for:
- Delays in transit.
- Damage occurred during shipping.
- Lost or stolen packages.
Any claims regarding shipping issues must be filed directly with your chosen carrier.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments, the customer (importer of record) is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Delfiee Store will provide the necessary commercial invoices and packing lists to facilitate the process.
6. Warehouse Location for Pickups
Pickups should be scheduled for our primary distribution center. Specific address details and warehouse operating hours will be provided during the order confirmation process.
