The Store is powered by Shopify. All sales made through the Store are made directly with Delfiee Store.

2. Wholesale only

Delfiee Store is a wholesale supplier of women's clothing. Our products are sold to businesses such as boutiques, retailers and resellers, and may be resold by our customers. By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for business purposes and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Products

We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product availability can change, and we may limit the quantities offered.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or information is incorrect); in that case any payment for the cancelled items is refunded in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The price charged is the price shown at the time of your order. Prices do not include shipping, customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility (see our Shipping Policy).

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped with the customer's own carrier, as described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns

Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Store, including text, images and logos, belongs to Delfiee Store or its licensors. You may not reuse it without our written permission. Customers may use our product images to promote Delfiee products they have purchased for resale.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Delfiee Store is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of the Store or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
